Who sells the licence

The spokendocs Pro licence is sold through Lemon Squeezy, LLC, United States, acting as merchant of record. The purchase contract for the payment is concluded with them, and they issue the invoice. The terms of service set out how that divides up.

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
